Cooling off period

There is a 7 calendar day cooling off period once your payment has been made

Once we have received your Agreement to Proceed and Assessment Fee you have a seven (7) calendar day cooling off period. This allows you to contact us in writing (email) to withdraw your application. There will be a modest charge to cover administrative costs.

Should your circumstances change after the cooling off period, fees will only be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Staged Payment for Gap Training

We anticipate in most cases you will not require extensive gap training, but in the event that you require gap training in several units, your total fees may exceed $1500. To safeguard your interests, we would implement a process of staged payments. We would arrange a payment plan in consultation with you to ensure that you at no stage will have paid more than $1500 in advance of services delivered. If this is the case we will advise you of the units for which you should make your initial payment. Please use this link to request a Training Plan and Payment Schedule

Refunds

Refunds are only available in limited circumstances. For this reason, it is important to consider whether your evidence supports recognition of your prior learning and English teaching experience with speakers of other languages.

Gap training is available for all units for which you do not have the required evidence. We can suggest suitable training providers for any gap training required

Should you choose not to undertake Gap Training you would not receive a Certificate. Instead, we would issue a Statement of Attainment listing those units for which we have recognised your competency. This preserves your assessment and gives the opportunity for you to re-apply for a Certificate through RPL for the outstanding unit(s)
